Good condition but has been used and a components list has been written beside Plan No. 11 otherwise no other writing. ( see photo )
Centre pages have come away from the staples but not torn
Includes 17 layout plans using system 6, code 100 track with full components list for each layout plan also gives tips on geometry, storage, scenery etc
